We proudly offer worldwide shipping to all of our customers.
ESTIMATE TIME OF ARRIVAL
When processing your order, the total delivery time is based on two main factors: handling time and transit time.
Handling time:
This is the time it takes to prepare your order before shipment (i.e., from the time you place the order until it is handed over to the shipping carrier).

Apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, ladies' tees, etc.): 2–4 business days

Mugs: 1–3 business days
Transit Time:
For U.S. Orders:
We use a combination of carriers, including DHL eCommerce, USPS, and UPS, depending on your delivery location.
Average transit time: 5–7 business days
For International Orders:
We ship via DHL eCommerce, and your local post office will handle the final delivery in your country.
Average transit time: 20–25 business days

Orders will only be processed with valid, complete shipping addresses. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.

All shipments come with a tracking link so you can monitor the delivery progress.

Additional Items: $2.50 each for every additional item in the same order
INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESS
We verify all shipping addresses using USPS address validation tools before order processing.
If the address is incomplete or invalid, your order will be held until we receive confirmation from you. We may cancel the order if no response is received within a reasonable time.
Please ensure your delivery information is accurate and complete at checkout.
Packages sent to invalid addresses will be returned to us, and we do not offer re-shipping. As payments are processed as one-time transactions, we do not store your payment details to process any additional charges.
SHIPMENT DELAYS
While we always strive to deliver your order on time, unforeseen issues may occasionally lead to delays:

Holiday season shipping congestion

Customs clearance delays for international shipments
We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
ITEM NOT RECEIVE
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, follow these steps:

Check the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.

If marked “Delivered,” check:

Your mailbox

Porch, garage, or other common drop-off spots

Neighbors or building manager

If still not found, contact the carrier to file a claim.

If the tracking shows the package is still in transit, please allow 2–3 additional business days before contacting us.

If the package was missed, contact the carrier to schedule a redelivery or pickup.
Refund/Replacement Conditions:

U.S. Orders:
If your parcel has not been delivered within 20 business days from the shipping date, you may request a refund or replacement. -
International Orders:
If your parcel has not been delivered within 35 business days, you may also request a refund or replacement.
