Return or Replacement
If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund process within 1–3 business days of your confirmation. The refunded amount will typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days, though this may vary depending on your bank's processing time. In rare cases, it may take up to 15 days. If you do not see the refund after this period, please contact us immediately.
